THE AUTHOR
Sam Sadat has over 23 years of experience as a true insider of the real
estate finance industry. He is currently the president and CEO
of Global Financial Network, LLC (GFN) with offices in Colorado and
California.
Sam began his career in 1982 as a residential real
estate loan officer in California. By1985 he
started his own company, Aim Financial, and began helping
homebuyers
and homeowners with purchase and refinance loans.
In 1995 Sam moved to Denver and founded GFN. Within two years,
GFN was operating in 7 states with 45 employees and funding
over 100 million dollars in residential loans annually.
Over the course of his career, Sam became increasingly concerned about the
decline of ethics in the mortgage industry. To allow time to
dedicate himself to writing and educating homeowners about the
many pitfalls of obtaining loans, he sold a major part of his company
in 2000 and soon afterwards moved back to California to pursue
his goals.
A highly acclaimed speaker at seminars and workshops around the
country, Sam has helped thousands of people to keep/regain
control of their finances and take responsibility for their
lives.
Besides
writing many articles for well-known mortgage publications and
hosting his own radio show, "The Free and Clear Hour", on KHOW
in Denver, Sam wrote the book "Free and Clear, The Inside
Secrets of Home Mortgage Financing." Thousands have saved
millions of dollars over the last few years with Sam's
guidance. To further expand his desire to
enlighten the American consumer, Sam started a real estate
educational and networking association about 2 years ago. To

Southern California with his wife and two sons and keeps a
